Freight seems high

Freight charges are set at the time of purchase. They are the same no matter where in the world you are. 
Please check your final charges before finalising payment as we take no responsibility for your oversights
in this regard. Freight is always insured and registered and is most often discounted automatically off the 
price of the print you are purchasing.

What makes many of these prints unique?

Most of our prints are either no longer in production or have very small production runs. The surf print 
called Teahupoo is hard to obtain and is accessed directly via the photographer under strict copyright
laws.

Is purchasing secure?

We only use Paypal as this is a secure method for you. We have had to pass a number of tests to be
classified as a reputable online retailer so you can be secure in your purchase.

My print(s) arrived damaged

We send our goods via registered/insured Australia Post. If your goods are damaged please do not
accept them and file for an insurance claim. All goods are sent in good order from our depot.

I am not happy with my purchase

If you are not happy with your purchase please email us with your concerns. We will supply you with a
return address so you can send the goods back to us (at your cost). We will refund to you less postage
charges.
